Relay For Life at The University of Oklahoma is a student-led organization that

works to promote the efforts of the American Cancer Society. The American Cancer Society is

the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer

as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from

cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service. Through the hard work of about

100 students serving on our Executive Committee, numerous business and philanthropy

sponsors, and the selfless support of over 3,000 students and other team members from the

Norman area, OU Relay has raised close to half a million dollars in the last 2 years alone.
